We will confirm acceptance of your order by telephoning you within 48 hours of receiving your order. At this point the purchase contract will be made and we will supply the goods to you in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.

Delivery charges will apply to any other postcodes.We will contact you by phone or email to inform you of the cost once your order has been received.

We will guarantee that you will pay the price quoted online. However, the total order value may change if an item is out of stock. We will inform you of this when we telephone you to confirm your order and if agreed offer you a substitute.

The prices stated on the website will be inclusive of any VAT payable.


Payment can may be made by Visa, MasterCard and  Debit Cards We do not currently accept American Express. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of placing your order. You will  be charged using Sagepay Secure Payment System. Any addtional charges for delivery or refunds will be confimed by our online team who will contact you once your order has been placed on the website. 


Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.

We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered. In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received, we will arrange with you for these goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition).

We take special care to endeavour that deliveries are made within a short delivery slot and accordingly, it is your responsibility to ensure that an appropriate person is available at the delivery address at all times during the delivery slot. An appropriate person must sign for all goods on delivery. If no one is at the address when the delivery is attempted, a note will be left and redelivery will be made on the next working day .  If on the second delivery attempt no one is available, our online team will contact you to make new arrangements. Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery. If that is the case we will endeavour to contact you as soon as we are able to in order to reschedule your delivery time and date. In any event our liability to you will be limited to the price of goods not delivered and the cost of delivery.

If we have to redeliver the goods after 3 attempts there may be a £5 delivery charge.

We guarantee the quality of our goods. You must inspect the goods and notify us promptly of any dissatisfaction with your order. We will promptly and fully refund the cost of any goods that do not meet with your reasonable satisfaction. We will arrange with you for the goods to be returned to us.
